Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. Boulder Crest Villa is rented as one villa and has a five, seven or ten night minimum stay, depending on the season. Rates include accommodation, staff services (see Housekeeping/Amenities list for exceptions), and transfers to and from Virgin Gorda airport or ferry dock on days of arrival/departure, and daily light housekeeping (except Sundays and public holidays). BVI government tax (7%) and 12% mandatory service charge is payable 45 days prior to arrival.
