Arrival/Departure:
Car service to the Villa or to your rental car will be provided. Please advise us of your flight/ferry dates and times. Car service on the final day of the rental will be provided to your flight/ferry. Please provide 48 hours advance notice for arrival/departure car service. |
| Villa Supplies:
The property is equipped and set up as a fully furnished property that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and entertainment unit (s), including TV (s), DVD, Stereo (complete with DVDs, CDs and games), and free access to high speed wireless internet . For outside use the Villa supplies snorkelling equipment for 6 and beach towels. The Villa is supplied with basic sundries such as toilet paper, bath toiletries, and basic kitchen spices. Should you require replenishment of supplied items please contact our Guest Services staff.
Telephones:
Telephone with free local and incoming calls, free access to internet, and free access to limited VOIP calling to the US or Europe is provided in the villa. For international calling, the Client should provide for their own calling card, or should excessive long distance calls be inadvertently charged to the Owner, the Client agrees to pay for calls, or the Owner has the right to deduct charges from your security deposit. |
Cleaning:
The Villa will be inspected and cleaned prior to your arrival.
Daily cleaning, excluding Sundays and Holidays, is provided. If additional cleaning is required, appropriate charges will be deducted from your security deposit at the rate of $15 per hour.
Maintenance:
The Villa provides daily maid service, except Sundays and holidays, weekly pool service, and bi-monthly landscaping services. Garbage placed in the outside bins will be collected bi-weekly. Should maintenance needs arise please contact Guest Services staff.
