Villa Policies:

• Check in time is 4 PM unless prior arrangements have been made for early arrival
• Check out time is 12 PM (noon) on the final day of the rental period unless prior arrangements have been made within 48 hours of check out.
• Maximum 10 guests
• Parking for up to 2 cars
• No Pets
• No Smoking
• Not suitable for toddlers (rooms have external stairways, no pool barriers) unless they have constant adult supervision -Staff is not available Sundays or during Holidays.
